In January, after a 15-month court battle, water protector Red Fawn took a “non-cooperating plea agreement” on federal weapons charges. In July, she was sentenced to 57 months behind bars. It’s a travesty of justice.

Fawn’s defense team were denied information about the FBI spying on her and the Standing Rock movement. Given this, Fawn had no faith in her ability to get a fair trial. So, after the “attempted murder” charge with potential life in prison was dropped, Fawn agreed to plead guilty.

She’ll need support while inside. Write her at: Red Fawn Fallis, #16358-059, FMC Carswell, PO Box 27137, Ft. Worth, TX 76127.
