Defund the NYPD & Fight Back with an Elected Civilian Review Board Rally and March

Join us, our sister organization Radical Women, and coalition partners in the March to Defund the NYPD and Fight Back with an Elected Civilian Review Board (ECRB).
An independent, elected board would give our communities a tool to hold police accountable and curb cop violence. To win it in NYC would be a significant step forward in the battle for a national reckoning on the role of the police in perpetuating systemic racism.
The Freedom Socialist Party also calls to:
– Slash police budgets and redirect funds to social needs
– Disarm the cops and recall their military hardware
– Free all Black Lives Matter protesters
– For a united front to defend Black lives
– End racism and all forms of oppression through socialist revolution
