Featuring Megan Cornish, pioneer electrical tradeswoman. Cornish will discuss her experiences as one of the pathbreakers profiled in High Voltage Women: Breaking Barriers at Seattle City Light by Ellie Belew.  This new history tells the saga of the female fight to gain entry into the male and largely white trades workforce at Seattle’s public utility in the 1970s.  Ms. Cornish will sign books after a short program.
