April FSP Meeting featuring a report on the crisis in Haiti

April 14 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm PDT

The Western hemisphere’s first Black republic was established when an enslaved populace overthrew its colonial overseers in 1804. Over 200 years later, Haitians continue to battle against imperialist interference from the United States as well as its own government’s corruption and neo-liberal exploitation of its impoverished citizens. Learn more about the current crisis in Haiti and discuss what can be done to build international solidarity and defend Haitian self-determination.

Discussions of other national and local activities included on the agenda.
