Oct. 1 – Rally and March to End Violence and Genocide on Transgender People
October 1, 2022 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm PDT
Rally at Grand Park (outside City Hall on N. Spring St.) at 10am. The rally will be followed by a march to Pershing Square.
The Freedom Socialist Party endorses and joins the October 1st National Day of Action to End Violence and Genocide on Transgender People. This event demands federal protection for the rights of transgender/gender non-conforming people, as well as healthcare justice, housing justice, workplace justice, and reproductive justice for all.
As a member of the National Mobilization for Reproductive Justice, LA FSP embraces the need to bring together the struggles for reproductive rights and the rights of transgender/gender non-conforming people. (reprojusticenow.org/)
